Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy covers purchases from North Georgia Cameras and Cabling LLC ("NGCC").

Bid packages

This applies to the Prints & Takeoff ($250), Bid Package ($500), and Revision Package ($1,200).

• Before work starts: cancel for a full refund.
• After work has started: you may receive a partial refund for work not yet done. Work already delivered is not refundable.
• After delivery: no refund. Revisions are handled as described on each package page.

Installation and other services

For camera, cabling, fiber, and access control work, you can cancel for a full refund of any deposit before work starts. Once work has started, charges for labor performed and materials ordered or installed are not refundable. Your written quote or agreement controls if it says otherwise.

How to cancel or request a refund

Contact us first using the details below with your name, project, and payment date. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. If you have a concern or dispute, please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can try to resolve it.
