This policy explains how North Georgia Cameras and Cabling LLC ("NGCC," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information through ngcc.app.

Information we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us through our forms:

• Quote request forms: name, company or organization, phone, email, site address, site type, services needed, project description, and preferred contact method.
• Bid package request form: name, company, your role, email, phone, project name, bid due date, the type of request and package tier, rush option, a link to your drawings or a note that you will email them, whether it is a federal solicitation, and notes.
• Sent automatically with each form: the page the form was sent from, your browser's user-agent information, and the date and time of submission. Our hosting provider may also process your IP address to deliver the site and limit spam.
• Payments: bid package payments are handled by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card or bank details.

Cookies and analytics

The public site does not set analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. The only cookie we use is a strictly necessary login cookie for NGCC's private administration page, which is set only for authorized staff. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy first.

How we use information

• To respond to your request, schedule site visits, prepare quotes, and deliver bid packages.
• To process payments and keep business and tax records.
• To protect the site against spam and abuse.

Where it is stored and who can see it

Form submissions are stored in private (non-public) storage at Vercel, our hosting provider. Only authorized NGCC personnel with the password-protected administration login can view them.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business: Vercel (hosting and storage), Stripe (payments), and an email delivery provider that forwards form submissions to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Retention

We keep information as long as needed for business purposes, such as following up on your project, warranty, and record-keeping, and we review stored submissions periodically.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information you sent us by contacting us below. We will respond within a reasonable time, subject to any records we are legally required to keep.

Children

This site is meant for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy. Changes take effect when posted here with a new effective date.
