Package 01
Prints + takeoff
$250flat
GC drawing sets are often scanned, cluttered, or split across many sheets. This package gives you clean, redrawn prints from your GC PDF and a full takeoff and parts list counted from them.
It does not include pricing or a proposal. It is built for the question every shop asks first: is this job worth bidding?
What's included
What you get
- Clean redrawn prints from your GC PDF
- Full takeoff and parts list
- Delivered as PDF by email (paper plots at print cost, billed separately)
- Standard 72-hour turnaround; 24-hour rush for an extra $100
Why it matters
Why contractors buy it
Decide whether to bid
Many shops buy Prints + takeoff first to decide whether to bid. Knowing the counts before you commit estimating time helps you pass on jobs that don't fit.
Order and plan from real counts
A parts list counted from the drawings gives you a starting point for supplier quotes and crew planning.
Clean sheets your crew can read
Redrawn prints are easier to mark up and share than a dense GC PDF.

What the deliverables look like
Recent completed job
NGCC recently completed a fiber optic and CCTV job on an active military base. The work covered:
- A fiber optic run between buildings
- Integrating the new fiber with the site's CCTV system
- Working on site under security escort
- Troubleshooting live fiber inside an active comms room
- Finding a connector mismatch on site and resolving it so the system came up as planned
Field work like this is why we read prints the way installers do. Your takeoff counts what the job will actually need, including the connectors and terminations that are easy to miss on paper.

- Federal RFQs and RFPs on SAM.gov are welcome: send the solicitation number or link, prints, scope, specs, and every amendment.
